Henry Anderson Feared To Have Torn Pectoral
3 years agoNew England Patriots defensive end Henry Anderson (pectoral) is feared to have suffered a torn pectoral muscle in the Week 4 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday night, according to a source. Anderson was quickly declared out after suffering the injury, and the Patriots are waiting for an MRI confirmation on Monday. If the 30-year-old pass-rusher indeed has a torn pec, he'd miss the rest of the 2021 season. In the first four weeks of the season, Anderson had three solo tackles. Chase Winovich will be needed to step up on the Patriots defensive line moving forward. The Patriots defense currently ranks 12th in overall fantasy points through four weeks with 10 sacks and five interceptions. They'll be an elite play in a Week 5 matchup with the struggling Houston Texans.
