Gerald Everett Unlikely To Play Sunday
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks tight end Gerald Everett has not registered a negative COVID-19 test yet, making it unlikely that he plays in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday unless he registers back-to-back negative tests on Saturday and Sunday. The good news is that Everett is vaccinated and is asymptomatic. Colby Parkinson (foot) is expected to possibly return from Injured Reserve this weekend, but Will Dissly is the best bet to take over Everett's starting tight end duties against San Francisco. Dissly has just four catches on four targets for 76 yards in three games, but he should have added opportunities in Week 4, which will make him a TE2 sleeper in DFS and deeper single-season leagues.
