5 years agoIndianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich said that wide receiver Devin Funchess (clavicle), who was put on Injured Reserve after the season opener, returned to practice on Wednesday ahead of Week 11 against the Jaguars. Funchess had three catches for 32 yards against the Chargers in Week 1, and he could have a significant role down the stretch for the Colts in a crowded receiver room that features T.Y. Hilton, Zach Pascal, Chester Rogers, Marcus Johnson and Parris Campbell. He could return to game action sometime within the next three weeks, but whether he can handle contact in practice will be the determining factor.
