2 years agoCleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry said that suspended quarterback Deshaun Watson will start the first game that he's eligible on Dec. 4 at the Houston Texans, even though Jacoby Brissett has been "everything we hoped when we signed him." Watson will be available to fantasy managers starting in Week 13, so if you're in need of a QB upgrade and he remains on your league's waiver wire, you should probably pick him up now and stash him. However, the 27-year-old looked awful in preseason action and hasn't played a meaningful NFL game in two years, so fantasy managers may want to temper their expectations once he returns. Watson was able to return to the team's facilities on Oct. 10, but he won't be able to start practicing with the team again until Week 11.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
