Denny Hamlin Goes For Sixth Win At Martinsville
Joe Gibbs Racing's Denny Hamlin will start from the fourth position in Sunday's Xfinity 500 at Martinsville Speedway. Hamlin comes into Martinsville needing a solid run despite his amazing 2020 season, as a win from someone currently in the bottom half of the playoff grid race can put Hamlin in a tight spot. Fortunately, Hamlin has been a master at the half-mile paperclip, winning five times and scoring 15 top-fives, and 21 top-10 finishes in 29 career starts. Hamlin's DFS salary is high but one of the lower prices among the high-end drivers. Uncharacteristically, Hamlin had an off-race in June, finishing three laps down in 24th, but it would be a surprise if the No. 11 team failed to perform in an important spot. Look for Hamlin to put in a strong performance and lock himself into the championship race.
