Dee Eskridge Nearing A Return?
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks rookie wide receiver Dee Eskridge (concussion) got in a limited practice on Thursday after sitting out on Wednesday with his head injury. The 24-year-old caught his only target for six yards and carried the ball twice for 22 yards in his NFL debut in the season opener, but he's missed the last two games with a concussion. Eskridge is clearly making progress in the league's concussion protocol, though, giving him a chance to play in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers. Seattle may need him if Tyler Lockett (hip) cannot play. Freddie Swain may still be the better deep-league dart throw if Lockett is out and Eskridge returns to the field. There's a lot to like about Eskridge's skills in this offense, but he's currently only a hold in dynasty/keeper leagues.
