5 years agoGreen Bay Packers wide receiver Davante Adams (toe) said he's dealing with turf toe and said the injury was so painful after the Thursday night loss to the Eagles that "I don't even want to try" to put his shoe on. Adams had by far his best game of the season Thursday night, even though he still has yet to score a touchdown in 2019. The 26-year-old had 10 catches on 15 targets for a season-high 180 yards. Turf toe injuries can often sideline players for multiple weeks, but the good news is Adams and the Packers have 10 days to get ready for Week 5 against the Cowboys. If Adams isn't ready by then, both Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Geronimo Allison will have increased roles in the offense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
