Dak Prescott Doesn't Need Shoulder Surgery
5 years agoDallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott (shoulder) said he won't need offseason surgery on his right shoulder that he injured in Week 15. "It’s good. It’s improving every day. It’s better. We’re good," Prescott said. The biggest thing surrounding Prescott this offseason is whether he'll get a long-term extension from the Cowboys or if they'll slap him with the franchise tag. The 26-year-old said he's disappointed something hasn't gotten done yet, but there's still time for the two sides to hammer something out, as expected. Prescott had a career-high 4,902 passing yards, 30 touchdowns and 11 interceptions and will be a high-end QB1 entering the 2020 season if he remains in Dallas.
