Curtis Samuel Leads Washington In Receiving During Blowout Loss
1 year agoWashington Commanders wide receiver Curtis Samuel caught four of five targets for 65 yards during Sunday's loss to the Miami Dolphins. Among the wreckage of a demoralizing loss to the Dolphins, one of the few bright spots was the play of Samuel. It looked like the seventh-year receiver was on his way to a big outing with 65 yards at halftime. Unfortunately, that was all he could muster, as he recorded no statistics in the second half. Samuel has looked like the go-to guy for quarterback Sam Howell lately, and that could continue as we enter the late season. With a Week 14 bye, Samuel will aim to pick up where he left off against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 15.
