Corbin Carroll Homers In First Game Back
1 year agoIn his return to the lineup on Tuesday against the visiting New York Mets, Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder Corbin Carroll went 2-for-4 with a home run, two RBI, a run scored and a walk in the team's 8-5 loss. Carroll missed the team's previous three games due to a shoulder injury, but it wasn't a serious issue, and he proved it by going deep on the Fourth of July. The 22-year-old dynamic outfielder is now hitting .292 (85-for-291) with 18 home runs, 20 doubles, three triples, 46 RBI, 24 stolen bases and 61 runs scored in 329 trips to the plate and 81 games in his second MLB season. He can do it all and should be in all starting fantasy lineups whenever he's on the field.
