Chris Godwin Ruled Out For Week 16
5 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians said that wide receiver Chris Godwin (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 16 against the Texans on Saturday. This should come as no surprise to fantasy owners, as Godwin is expected to miss the final two games of the season. With Mike Evans (hamstring) and Scott Miller (hamstring) already on Injured Reserve, Tampa's three-wide sets will consist of Breshad Perriman, Justin Watson and Ishmael Hyman against Houston. Perriman had three touchdowns in Week 15 and will be an upside WR3 for the fantasy championships. Watson also has some flex appeal in DFS and deeper leagues, although the Bucs could lean more on their running backs and tight ends in the passing attack.
