Cedric Mullins Back in Lineup Against a Righty
Cedric Mullins is starting in center field and is batting seventh for Wednesday's contest against the visiting St. Louis Cardinals and right-hander Miles Mikolas at Camden Yards. Mullins will return to the starting lineup for the O's after sitting the bench the first two games of the series against the Cardinals. The 30-year-old left-handed-hitting outfielder has found hits hard to come by in May, going 13-for-80 (.163) with four home runs, four doubles, 11 RBI, two steals, six runs, three walks and 25 strikeouts in 21 games played. Mullins has become more of an all-or-nothing power hitter as Baltimore's primary center-field option. He's hitting just .226 (40-for-177) on the season but does have 10 long balls, 31 RBI and seven stolen bases. Mullins has one hit in just two career at-bats against Mikolas.
