Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton's slump continued against the Seattle Mariners on Sunday. Buxton went 0-for-3 against Seattle, dropping his season-long batting average to .157 with a .391 OPS. The young outfielder has picked up just five hits over the past 15 days in what has been a forgettable run for him at the plate. To his credit, Buxton did miss over a month with migraines and then a fractured toe but his fantasy owners are going to need to see more out of the Gold Glove center fielder. Buxton's elite defense all but guarantees he will continue to be an everyday player for the Twins but he is going to be hard to trust in fantasy unless he starts hitting more consistently.--Matt T - RotoBaller
