The Cleveland Browns signed former Los Angeles Rams cornerback Troy Hill to a four-year, $24 million deal on Thursday, according to a source. Hill returns to his hometown after scoring three defensive touchdowns last year. Cleveland's defensive overhaul will include Hill and former Rams safety John Johnson III in the secondary. Hill, 29, was ranked as Pro Football Focus' No. 27 cornerback in 2020, and he should be expected to line up in the slot for the Browns. He allowed less than 60 yards in coverage in all but one game last season. In 16 regular season games, Hill had a career-high 77 combined tackles (55 solo), three interceptions (two touchdowns), 10 passes defensed, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries (one touchdown). The Browns defense has some real potential to be a weekly fantasy option.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
