Broncos Defense Unable To Slow Down Ravens
3 years agoThe Denver Broncos defense didn't play terribly in the 23-7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4, but they also did very little for their fantasy managers. With Denver's offense slowing to a crawl when quarterback Drew Lock replaced Teddy Bridgewater (concussion) in the second half, Baltimore's two touchdowns and three field goals were more than enough to get the win. Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson went 22-for-37 for 316 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. Baltimore ran for just over 100 yards on the day. Denver was unable to generate any turnovers and only got to Jackson for three sacks in the loss. The Broncos defense will have to step up even more if Lock is forced into a start in Week 5 against a struggling Pittsburgh Steelers offense.
