San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said on Thursday that quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) will return to the starting lineup this Sunday against the division-rival Arizona Cardinals in Week 11, according to Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports. Shanahan said earlier this week that Purdy would be practicing with the intention of starting this weekend, and it looks like that will happen. It will be just the third start of the year for the 25-year-old signal-caller, and the first since he aggravated his turf-toe injury in Week 4. Purdy is surely an upgrade over Mac Jones under center, although fantasy managers will have to weigh the potential rust factor after Purdy's long layoff. Still, in a plus matchup against Arizona's defense, Purdy should be in play immediately as a low-end QB1 option for fantasy managers who might be hurting at the position in Week 11. He's rostered in 59% of Yahoo leagues right now.--Keith Hernandez
