Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen (knee) will miss the team's upcoming three-game road trip, P.J. Ziegler of FOX 8 reports. Due to right knee tendonitis, he will sit out a sixth consecutive game on Tuesday night against the Milwaukee Bucks. In Allen's absence, Thomas Bryant's workload has slightly increased, while Keon Ellis has made back-to-back starts. After impressing in his season debut on Sunday against Dallas, Max Strus is also a candidate to see some action in the starting unit until Allen returns.--Taavi Pailk
