Vancouver Canucks right wing Brock Boeser (hand) was back at practice on Sunday after sitting out a couple of weeks. The American sniper injured his hand at the start of training camp and had to undergo surgery to fix the issue. He was set to miss three to four weeks. It now appears that Boeser might be back sooner than that and could possibly even be available for Wednesday's season opener against Edmonton. Boeser wore a non-contact jersey at practice, but he looked fine taking shots, and head coach Bruce Boudreau mentioned that he's hoping to see Boeser cleared for action in time for the Oilers game.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
