7 years agoBoston Bruins forward Brian Gionta has recorded six points in the five games he’s played since being signed by the Bruins on Feb. 25. Gionta added his fourth and fifth points on Saturday during a 7-4 win by the Bruins over the Chicago Blackhawks. The 39-year-old veteran earned the attention of NHL teams while playing for the United States in this year’s Olympics and has certainly settled in nicely with Boston’s third line and second power-play unit. With the Bruins playing a league-high 16 games to end the regular season and Gionta’s production, the forward should remain on your watch list and potentially your roster throughout the fantasy playoffs.--Alex McKenzie
