The Milwaukee Brewers continue to listen to trade inquiries on relief pitcher Josh Hader, according to league sources. However, the asking price is "overwhelming" for Hader, who the Brewers believe is the best left-handed reliever in baseball. The two-time All-Star wasn't quite as dominant in 2020 during the COVID-19 shortened season due to a spike in walk rate and a slight drop in his strikeout rate, as he posted a career-high 3.79 ERA, but he still managed a 0.94 WHIP, 14.7 K/9 and a National League-leading 13 saves in 21 appearances over 19 innings. Hader's hiccups came during a few bad outings, skewing his final numbers in a smaller sample size.
