4 months agoMontreal Canadiens right wing Brendan Gallagher opened the scoring during a 3-2 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday night. Gallagher was mired in a four-game pointless streak prior to the goal. The spirited winger now has 16 goals and nine assists through 44 games this season. Joel Armia and Jeff Petry also scored in the contest while Tomas Tatar picked up two assists against his former team. The Canadiens will be back in action on Thursday against the St. Louis Blues.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
