Brandon Nimmo, Jonathan Villar Out Against The Lefty
3 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against Milwaukee Brewers left-hander Brett Anderson. It looks like a normal day of rest for Nimmo, who has gone 7-for-18 (.389) with three RBI in his first four games back from the injured list. With a .333/.423/.440 slash line on the year, Nimmo is especially valuable in leagues that count on-base percentage. Villar is hitless in six at-bats since he returned from the IL and is only worth rostering in deep mixed and NL-only leagues. Kevin Pillar is in center field and batting sixth, while Jose Peraza starts at the hot corner and is hitting seventh against Anderson. Jeff McNeil is in the leadoff spot and will gain some DFS appeal against the soft-tossing left-hander.
