Bills D/ST is Getting Healthier Heading into Tough Week 11 Matchup
The Buffalo Bills defense had a rough game in Week 10, allowing 30 points in a loss to the Miami Dolphins. Buffalo now faces a more difficult matchup on paper in Week 11 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On the bright side, the Bills will get top outside cornerback Christian Benford (groin) back from the groin injury that sidelined him in Week 10. Additionally, there are a few reasons to believe that Buffalo matches up well with Tampa Bay. The Bills' main weakness on defense has been defending the run, which is an area where the Buccaneers struggle. Through 10 weeks, Tampa Bay has recorded the sixth-fewest rushing yards (898) in the NFL. Additionally, the Buccaneers will remain without their star running back Bucky Irving (foot, shoulder) in Week 11. Still, Tampa Bay's offense remains capable of putting up points in a game that could turn into a shootout. Ultimately, Buffalo's D/ST profiles as a low-end starting unit at best for fantasy managers in Week 11.
