Bills Building Team Bonds On And Off The Field
6 years agoHard work and team unity continues on in Buffalo Bills training camp and head coach Sean McDermott is taking note. "This is one of the more focused, harder working groups I've been around." Says McDermott, "The team is benefiting having training camp take place in Rochester at St. John Fisher campus rather than the comfy confines of Buffalo." Rookie quarterback Josh Allen is really enjoying the experience. "The best part about being in Rochester and not in Buffalo is you develop the relationships I talked about and that carries over to the field. To have that relationship then go on the field whether I'm with the ones, twos or threes, I feel like I've really got a good rapport. Talking off the field, being pals, eating lunch and dinner together. It helps." This is very encouraging, this kind of factor, if constant through the grinds of a full season can only enhance his chances for a successful 2018.
