Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews is enjoying quite an offensive spurt of late. He scored a goal for the sixth straight contest in a 6-3 road loss to the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday. Matthews scored on the power play to stop a run of four unanswered goals by Winnipeg. The goal was not enough to turn the tide but Matthews did have three shots on goal and three scoring chances. It gave him 15 goals in 23 games on the season. While Matthews is not on the pace of last year (41 goals in 52 games), he does have eight tallies in the past six contests. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
