Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews scored his team's first goal during a 3-2 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday night. After a quiet start to January, Matthews has responded with three goals and an assist in his past three games. The 21-year-old pivot has 23 goals and 23 assists through 37 games this season, which is good for a 102-point pace across 82 games. Matthews is one of the brightest young stars in the league and will continue to produce for years to come. Travis Dermott and Zach Hyman also scored in the contest while Jake Gardiner had two assists. The Leafs will be back in action on Monday night against the Anaheim Ducks.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
