5 years agoAtlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn said that tight end Austin Hooper (knee) and running back Devonta Freeman (foot) are "trending in the right way" with Week 12 approaching. Both players are unlikely to practice on Wednesday, but Thursday is a possibility. They'll probably need to get in at least one day of practice later this week to have a chance of facing the Buccaneers this Sunday. Don't bank on that happening if you own one or both of them. Hooper is an elite TE1 if he's playing, but fantasy owners can avoid both Luke Stocker and Jaeden Graham if Hooper misses another contest. Freeman would be a weak RB3 in a tough matchup if he returns this weekend. Brian Hill replaced Freeman last week and underwhelmed.
