It was a rough return to the Octagon for Aspen Ladd on Saturday after a near two-year absence from action, as she took a decision loss in her main-event showdown with Norma Dumont. Statistically, Ladd only compiled 33 significant strikes (86 total strikes) in 25 minutes of action. Hopefully for Ladd, it was a case of just reacclimating to the cage, and we will see the Ladd of old next time out. The young MMA Gold Fight Team member has all the potential in the world to be a top-tiered fighter, and she should return to form soon.--Matt Bricker
