Alvin Kamara Ruled Out Against Titans

The New Orleans Saints officially ruled out running back Alvin Kamara (knee) for the Week 10 game against the Tennessee Titans due to a knee injury that kept him from practicing all week. This was the likely outcome after it was reported earlier on Friday that Kamara still hadn't returned to the practice field due to a mild knee sprain. It sounds like it's not a serious injury for the 26-year-old, but you'll have to replace him in your weekly starting lineups. Veteran Mark Ingram II will now be in line for the majority of the Saints backfield touches with Kamara out, although quarterback Taysom Hill could be involved in the rushing attack after returning from a concussion last week. Ingram will be a touchdown-dependent RB2/3.
