New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (knee) was not spotted at practice again on Thursday in the portion open to the media. Kamara is dealing with a mild knee sprain and has missed two practices this week. There's some concern surrounding the 26-year-old, but if he's able to get on the field in a limited capacity on Friday, he should be able to avoid an inactive tag in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans. At the very least, he could be heading towards a questionable tag this weekend. If he is limited or out, veteran Mark Ingram II would become a plug-and-play for fantasy lineups as the Saints lead back, with Dwayne Washington backing him up. As always, if Kamara is active, he needs to be in all fantasy lineups.--Keith Hernandez
