New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (knee) missed his third practice of the week on Friday, making it even more likely that he won't play in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans. Kamara is dealing with a mild knee sprain, but fantasy managers should consider him to be on the wrong side of questionable before the Saints official injury designations are released. Even if the 26-year-old plays on Sunday, he could be limited. Mark Ingram II is in line to see an elevated role in New Orleans' offense if Kamara is inactive or limited, putting him on the RB2/3 borderline.
