Florida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov is expected to return to the lineup in Saturday's game against the Penguins after missing three consecutive games with a hand injury. Barkov initially sustained the hand injury when he blocked a shot in the second period of the game against the Lightning on February 6. He did not play in the following game before returning to the lineup and appearing in six straight games prior to the most recent three-game absence. Barkov has dealt with multiple injuries this year and as a result has appeared in 49 of the 63 games up to this point, while the Panthers captain has totaled 16 goals, 34 assists and 50 points.
