1 month agoWashington Redskins running back Adrian Peterson rushed seven times for 18 yards against the Patriots on Sunday. Peterson has yet to total more than 37 rushing yards in any game this season, and has scored just one touchdown. He may have begun the season as a volume-dependent flex option, but his total lack of production means even the volume isn't going to be there anymore. Assuming the Redskins continue to employ him as their number-one back, he could be looking at a decent outing in Week 6 against the Dolphins. Based on what he's done, however, there is zero reason to bank on one.--Chris O'Reilly - RotoBaller
