Detroit Red Wings forward Adam Erne kicked off the scoring against Carolina on Monday night, picking up his 11th goal of the season. Erne now has points in each of his last seven games, racking up five goals and a pair of assists. His hot start to April has ballooned his offensive production on the season, putting him on career-best rates for points per game (0.47) and shooting percentage (19.3 percent). The coaching staff has rewarded Erne with back-to-back games of more than 16 minutes of ice time after only seeing that much ice time only once this season. Erne could be worth a flier as a budget play in daily formats while he rides this hot streak with Detroit's lineup in flux after the trade deadline.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
