The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series heads to Fort Worth this week. All three series will be in action this weekend, with the Trucks kicking things off on Friday night.
Through eight races, Ben Rhodes leads the point standings by 20 points over John Hunter Nemechek. Zane Smith, who has won three times already, sits third in points.

How The Top-Priced Drivers Have Done At Texas
Five drivers are priced at $10,000 or more:
John Hunter Nemechek ($10,900): While his career results here aren't great, most of those came in a NEMCO truck. In JHN's only start here in a KBM truck, he led 64 laps and won. Should be a top contender this week.
Zane Smith ($10,600): Smith already has three wins this season, so you should definitely consider him a threat to head to victory lane every week. He has two top 10s here in the Truck Series and the one time he didn't finish top 10, he led 26 laps.
Ross Chastain ($10,400): Chastain will make his third Truck Series start of the season. He has an average finish of just 24.5, but he did lead 46 laps at Darlington. He has three top 10s here in Niece trucks, but has only finished top 20 here once in the Cup Series. I'll likely fade Chastain unless he qualifies poorly.
Ben Rhodes ($10,100): Finished second here in 2018. Led 20 laps in 2019 before a transmission issue dropped him to 21st. The finishes haven't been where you'd like here lately, but Rhodes usually has speed at this track.
Chandler Smith ($10,000): Smith was 21st here in 2020 and then fifth last year. He also won at Vegas this year and was fourth at Kansas, other 1.5-mile tracks that race similar to Texas. Some interesting upside.

Mid-Price NASCAR DFS Options
Here are some drivers to keep an eye on between $7,000 and $10,000.
Ryan Preece ($9,200): Preece has made three starts this season and has finished at least seventh each time. The 17 hasn't shown race-winning speed, but the upside of that is that Preece has qualified worse than he's finished in each race, so you've been getting some decent place differential points from him in each of his starts.
Ty Majeski ($8,900): Majeski is finally putting it all together this year. That's been especially true lately, as he has two top fives in a row. He was second last week at Kansas, another 1.5-mile track, and was 10th at Vegas and third at Atlanta. He might qualify too well to pay off considering his qualifying speed the last two weeks, but if Majeski starts outside the top 10, he'll be a must play.
Tanner Gray ($8,200): Gray has an average start of 17.9 this year, so there should be PD upside this week. He was fifth at Vegas, another intermediate track, and has two top 10s in three career starts at Texas, including a ninth-place last year when he led seven laps. Good track for Gray.
Potential NASCAR DFS Sleeper Picks
Let's look at some potential plays for under $7,000.
Jordan Anderson ($5,900): Anderson has made two starts this season. Both times, he started near the back (34th and 33rd), and both times he finished a good number of spots higher. He was 26th at Vegas despite crashing and then was 18th at Atlanta.
Jesse Little ($5,100): Little has been qualifying a little too well for where he's finishing, but he does have three top 15 finishes this season. If he starts outside the top 20 then I think there's some decent upside here.
Tyler Hill ($5,000): Hill made his first start of the season last week at Kansas, where he qualified 33rd and then finished 21st. Hill's had solid results over the course of his Truck Series career and at $5,000, he's a steal unless he has a surprisingly good qualifying run.
