NASCAR PrizePicks Predictions - Coca-Cola 600 DFS Prop Picks

Kyle Larson - NASCAR DFS Picks, Betting Picks, Daily Fantasy NASCAR

Today's PrizePicks NASCAR DFS prop picks for the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte by Chris Wassel. Use his NASCAR over/under props recommendations to win money on PrizePicks.

May 28, 2023, on a Sunday night features the Goodyear 400 from the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is the 14th 2023 edition of NASCAR DFS on PrizePicks. Our friends over at PrizePicks have a TON of great props we can look to take advantage of. However, this time, these props will be available on a special Memorial Day weekend edition. Also, keep in mind that due to inclement weather, the race may take place on Monday.

PrizePicks is a great DFS props site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, 5-player, or even 6-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play. On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win. As for the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.

Our partners at PrizePicks offer some of the best, and easiest-to-win, NASCAR DFS games in the industry. There are no large-field tournaments filled with sharks where you have to get lucky just to place. At PrizePicks, you're not playing against other people, you're just playing against the projections.

PrizePicks and NASCAR focus on Fantasy Score, which has a scoring system where the first nets 45 points, the second is worth 42, the third is worth 41, and so on. Every lap led NOW equals an extra 0.25 points. Every fastest clocked lap equals an extra 0.45 points. Laps led are 0.25 points per lap and place differential is plus or minus one point. Also, stage wins are worth one point apiece. For NASCAR, we are going to try and focus on the main board's Fantasy Score and see which players may go over or under their projected point totals. Let's see what the board offers today!

Joey Logano LESS Than 40.5 Points

The numbers look awfully juicy but Joey Logano produced for us in Darlington. Can he come through and score a little less than expected at Charlotte?

Now, could Logano or anyone crash for that matter? The natural answer becomes yes. However, the crash last May and the 17th in 2021 give some potential. Add in the fact that Logano starts 17th and there is some chance that he gets involved once again in something.

Kevin Harvick LESS Than 29.5 Points

The choice is our biggest risk of the week. Okay, Kevin Harvick starts second. A top-10 position doles out 34 points. That place differential of -8 adds up to 26 points. So, can he finish in the eighth to 10th range, not lead a few laps, and not set any fast laps? Yes, this is all possible. Harvick is 4-for-4 in the top 10 results at Charlotte lately.

Again, the Ford may not be quite the same as last year. Expect Harvick to start dropping off during the final stage this time around and take the Less.

Kyle Larson MORE Than 60.5 Points

The goal is to keep hammering that red button over and over again. Kyle Larson simply needs to finish the race. His Hendrick Motorsports Racing car is ridiculously fast and he loves leading laps. The longer the run, the more laps Larson might be able to lead. At the least, he will set fast laps.

The Chevy looked good in testing and Larson starts 12th, which helps for place differential. Again, Larson has led 48.4% of the laps while setting fast laps at an even higher rate. Let's roll MORE.

Bubba Wallace MORE Than 31.5 Points

It is fun when numbers come to one's side. Bubba Wallace had a great car last week at the All-Star Race. His Toyota nearly won but Kyle Larson was too damn fast. The problems at Darlington should not rear their head here in Charlotte. Wallace may be ready to take advantage of some late-run racing in the final two stages.

Wallace was running in the top five early last year before the dreaded DVP got him. Two years ago, he finished 14th after flirting for quite a while in the final stage with a top-10 spot. Wallace can hold position and maybe lead a few laps, too.

Ty Gibbs MORE Than 33.5 Points

Hey, Ty Gibbs has gone 3-for-3 for us this season. Gibbs and his Joe Gibbs Racing car were pretty good at Talladega and even Dover. Also, the No. 54 does start 19th this week at Charlotte but it would not take much to get another good number. Toyota has been fast in these races and was early last year.

Again, the hope is that Gibbs can get up to the front and set up fast laps while maybe leading a few, too. Gibbs looked great in the All-Star Race, finishing third. Also, with the chance of a Monday start, that may help Toyota a little more, too.

Other Recommendations:

  • William Byron LESS Than 51.5 Points
  • Kyle Busch LESS Than 36.5 Points
  • Christopher Bell LESS Than 39.5 Points
  • Martin Truex Jr. MORE Than 52.5 Points
