He always gives fantasy owners Konami Code upside and offers a safe floor. This week, Fields faces a Dallas Cowboys defense that ranks 21st in defensive passing DVOA and is without two of its top defenders, Micah Parsons and DeMarcus Lawrence.
This might be a good spot for Pittsburgh to lean into their ground attack with Dallas’ defense so banged up, and this could limit Fields' output as a passer. However, his upside as a rusher always makes him a threat for blowup games.
As long as Fields is Pittsburgh’s starter, he is a rock-solid QB1, thanks to his rushing ability. Gamers should feel comfortable starring him again this week.
