ANALYSIS: Josh Downs has 12 targets through two weeks of his NFL career and looks like the sure-fire No. 2 wide receiver behind Michael Pittman Jr. in Indianapolis. If Anthony Richardson (concussion) can put his injury troubles behind him, the rookie duo could find a nice connection in 2023.
