Isaiah Likely fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 2 (2024). Should you start or sit Isaiah Likely in your fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: Borderline TE1
ANALYSIS: While Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews is the clear no. 1 TE on the team, Isaiah Likely showed his excellent talent and the coaches showed their willingness to get him involved. The Ravens showed their commitment to running 2 tight end sets, and both Likely and Andrews should see the field and be productive.
The “12” personnel is here to stay with the Ravens rolling out two tight ends at a higher rate (52.7%) than any game last season.

This follows logic. The Ravens don't have receivers (other than Zay Flowers) that have produced much in recent memory, and even Flowers has been wildly inconsistent, with massive bust games in 2023. Likely showed flashes in 2023, and with a monster game of nine catches, 111 yards, and 1 TD, he's a must-start at the TE position.
TE is shockingly devoid of depth so far this year, so even if Likely has a down game, the upside is worth chasing. He almost had even more production in Week 1, nearly securing another touchdown but barely landing out of bounds. Start Likely if you own him, unless you also own a top-5 TE.
