Isaiah Likely fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 1 (2024). Should you start or sit Isaiah Likely for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Sit in all leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE25
ANALYSIS: Isaiah Likely might be the NFL's best No. 2 tight end. The former Coastal Carolina star was the TE22 last season, averaging 5.1 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. He ended the year with 30 receptions on 40 targets for 411 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

However, Likely was a league-winner for fantasy players and a star for the Baltimore Ravens after Mark Andrews got hurt. The young pass catcher was the TE3 over the final five weeks of the regular season, averaging 13.3 fantasy points per game, totaling 10.1 or more in all but one contest.
While some believe Likely will play more this year alongside Andrews, fantasy players shouldn’t start him in Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Furthermore, he shouldn’t be on any standard-size rosters in redraft leagues unless you also have Andrews on your team. Hopefully, Likely can carve out a fantasy-relevant role at some point this season, but it won’t happen tonight.
