Greg Dortch has flown under the radar in fantasy football over the last two seasons, but in 2024, he's finally a relevant option after he secured the starting slot receiver role for the Cardinals.
In Week 1, Dortch was second on the team in targets, catching six passes for 47 yards. Despite his involvement and production, Dortch is rostered in just 5% of leagues.
Dortch has consistently seen an increase in targets when quarterback Kyler Murray is healthy. Since 2022, in games where both have played at least 70% of the snaps, Dortch has averaged 14 fantasy points per game.

Looking ahead to Week 2, the Cardinals face the Rams, who are dealing with injuries in an inexperienced secondary. Dortch will likely line up against Rams slot cornerback Quentin Lake, who has been limited in practice all week.
While the Rams managed to slow down Amon-Ra St. Brown in Week 1, that was likely due to the added defensive attention given his All-Pro status. Dortch will not receive that same attention from the Rams defense, and the Cardinals will continue to look for him.
With the Rams’ secondary banged up and Dortch’s strong connection with Murray, he’s a viable flex streaming option in PPR leagues for managers in need.
