Week 14 FLEX Rankings Outlooks
Alec Pierce, Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce has become a vital contributor to the Colts' offense over the last few weeks. While the Colts have lost three of their last four games, they've been in tough, hard-fought matchups against the Texans, Chiefs, Steelers, and Falcons. In those four competitive games, Pierce has totaled 27 targets and hauled in 15 catches for a total of 303 yards and two touchdowns.
He had a season-high 115 yards against the Steelers in that stretch and has produced at least 65+ yards in seven of his last nine contests. As the Colts look to push for a playoff spot in the next few weeks, Pierce should continue to be heavily involved, and he brings a very high ceiling since he has emerged as the team's primary deep threat, posting an ADOT of 19.8 yards, which is the highest of any receiver in the NFL with more than 35 targets.
Devaughn Vele, New Orleans Saints
New Orleans Saints wide receiver Devaughn Vele caught all eight of his targets for 93 yards and a touchdown in the Week 13 loss to the Dolphins. He has emerged as the Saints' top receiver behind Chris Olave, recording 15 targets over his last two games and playing at least 87% of snaps in each contest since Rashid Shaheed's departure.
Olave (back) is questionable to face Tampa Bay, and if he is unable to play, Vele would step in as the top wideout in what should be a pass-heavy offense against a Buccaneers defense allowing the fourth-most passing yards in the league. If Olave suits up, Vele becomes a more volatile WR3/WR4.
Troy Franklin, Denver Broncos
Denver Broncos wide receiver Troy Franklin had a lackluster performance in Week 13's win over the Washington Commanders, so he will be looking to correct that against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 14. He was held to two catches for 21 yards in last Sunday's victory over Washington. When the Broncos hosted the Raiders in Week 11, Franklin produced five catches for 40 yards and a touchdown to help them get the win.
The Raiders held quarterback Bo Nix to just 150 passing yards and one touchdown in Week 11, with Franklin being the bright spot in the receiving core that day. With Franklin ranked as RotoBaller's WR41, he is best viewed as a low-end flex for the rematch against the Raiders.

Scoring Formats. Fantasy football managers play in various types of leagues, and this tool allows you to choose whether it's PPR scoring, Half-PPR scoring, or Standard (Non-PPR) scoring.
