Fantasy Football Injury Reports For Week 15 (Sunday Morning Updates): Rhamondre Stevenson, Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, Josh Jacobs, Darren Waller, D.J. Moore

Rhamondre Stevenson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Fantasy football injury updates and injury reports for RB, WR, QB, TE for Week 15 (2022), as of 12/18, including Rhamondre Stevenson, Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd, Josh Jacobs, and more.

There are some notable injuries ahead of Week 15 of the NFL season. With the fantasy playoffs underway for many managers, we must monitor these situations closely. These are the latest notable injury updates as of Sunday morning, December 18th.

Fantasy football stalwarts such as Rhamondre Stevenson, Tee Higgins, Josh Jacobs, and many more have been dealing with injuries ahead of Week 15. We have plenty of must-starts on this week's injury list, so fantasy managers should be ready to pivot should things go south.

To keep close tabs on all of the news across the NFL, make sure to favorite or bookmark the fantasy football player news page, or download the free RotoBaller fantasy football mobile app with push notification alerts on all the latest news. Let's look at the updates for some wide receivers and see whether they may play in Week 15.

Rhamondre Stevenson Injury Update

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson (ankle) has a "good chance" to play against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. Stevenson's status will be confirmed after he goes through pre-game tests, but for now, he's trending in the right direction.

The 24-year-old has emerged as New England's clear lead back and has even carved out a massive role in the passing game. So far, he has 742 rushing yards, 58 receptions, 385 receiving yards, and five touchdowns, positioning him as the RB9 in PPR leagues. He should be started in all leagues this week, assuming he's active.

Tee Higgins & Tyler Boyd Injury Update

Cincinnati Bengals wide receivers Tee Higgins (hamstring) and Tyler Boyd (finger) are expected to be active for Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Both players had been listed as questionable.

Higgins has been an impressive threat this season, catching 60 passes for 861 yards and five touchdowns while ranking as the WR18 in PPR formats. Meanwhile, Boyd's production has been largely dependent on his role. He has 45 catches, 655 yards, and four touchdowns in 2022, but his fantasy appeal declines when both Higgins and Ja'Marr Chase are healthy.

Josh Jacobs Injury Update

Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs (quad, hand) is expected to play against the New England Patriots on Sunday. He had been listed as questionable.

Jacobs has enjoyed insane production this season, amassing 1,402 rushing yards, 346 receiving yards, and 11 touchdowns. Vegas' offense certainly runs through its star running back, and he should continue to be started in 100 percent of leagues this week.

Kadarius Toney Injury Update

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hamstring) is expected to return on Sunday versus the Houston Texans, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The wideout had six catches for 69 yards and a touchdown throughout his first three games in K.C. before being sidelined with a hamstring ailment.

However, with Mecole Hardman (abdomen) not likely to return until Week 16 against the Seattle Seahawks, Toney could see some extra attention from Patrick Mahomes. Of course, JuJu Smith-Schuster and Travis Kelce will remain the preferred targets for the signal-caller, but Toney warrants consideration as a desperation option for managers in deeper fantasy setups.

Marquise Brown Injury Update

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marquise Brown (illness) will suit up for the Week 15 matchup against the Denver Broncos. This is great news after Brown was unable to practice on Thursday and was limited on Friday.

The 25-year-old has been banged up this season, but is productive when healthy. Sadly, quarterback Kyler Murray (knee) is done for the season, so Brown's value will likely take a hit with Colt McCoy taking over under center. Brown should be considered a low-end WR3 for this tough matchup against Denver.

Dallas Goedert Injury Update

Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (shoulder) was not activated ahead of Sunday's encounter against the Bears. As a result, he's out, although there's a good chance he'll return for the NFC East meeting with the Dallas Cowboys in Week 16.

The veteran had 43 catches for 544 yards and three touchdowns in nine games before succumbing to his current ailment. However, with the Eagles looking at a deep postseason push, the team will play it safe and give him some more time off the field.

Darren Waller Injury Update

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) has been added to the 53-man roster and is eligible to play on Sunday against New England. Head coach Josh McDaniels couldn't say one way or another if Waller would be back in 15 after missing over two months.

However, it appears the veteran had a good week at practice. While there are many fantasy managers excited about Waller's return, it's unknown exactly how much action he'll receive, making him a risky fantasy option across the board versus a challenging Patriots defense.

D.J. Moore Injury Update

Carolina Panthers wide receiver DJ Moore (ankle) is expected to play in Week 15 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to sources. Moore was listed as questionable on Friday's final injury report, but he had a productive week of practice after injuring his ankle in the Week 14 win over the Seattle Seahawks.

The 25-year-old put up a donut for his fantasy managers last week when he failed to catch any of his three targets. Moore has been outside the top-30 receivers in half-point PPR scoring this year, and his upside will remain limited with Sam Darnold at quarterback for the Panthers.

Still, Moore should be able to bounce back from his zero-point showing in Week 14 as a solid WR3 for fantasy managers against a Steelers defense that gives up plenty of yardage through the air.
