Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Jaylen Waddle Injury Update

Jaylen Waddle has been dealing with a minor shoulder injury, causing him to be limited in practice this past week. There is no real concern from the Dolphins about his ability to suit up for Sunday night's matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he is officially listed as questionable.

The 23-year-old did a number on the Minnesota Vikings defense last week, tallying 129 yards on six receptions, and will now have starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa back under center. Waddle should be considered a mid-range WR2 against the worst fantasy defense against opposing wide receivers.

Rashod Bateman Injury Update

Rashod Bateman has missed the past two weeks due to a foot injury he sustained in Week 4. The 22-year-old returned to practice this week after missing every session the past two weeks and was limited for three straight days. He is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's matchup against Cleveland.

The Ravens have been cautious with their top wideout, but the passing attack has struggled during his absence. The second-year receiver's chances at suiting up seem to be higher than 50%, but we will need to monitor reports this weekend before committing to starting him. If Bateman plays, he should be considered a WR2 against a struggling Browns defense.

Keenan Allen Injury Update

Keenan Allen has been sidelined since Week 2 due to a hamstring injury he suffered in the season opener. The 30-year-old suffered a setback leading up to the team's Week 5 matchup against Cleveland but has put in three straight limited practice sessions this week. He is officially questionable for Sunday's game against Seattle.

Considering the veteran has already suffered a setback during his recovery, the Chargers are likely to manage his reps in his return to the field. Allen is truly 50/50 to suit up Sunday, and if he does, he likely won't see a full workload. If he plays, Allen can be considered a FLEX option, but expectations need to be managed.

Tyler Lockett Injury Update

Tyler Lockett suffered a hamstring injury last Thursday, leading up to the team's Week 6 matchup against Arizona. Surprisingly, the 30-year-old put in a full practice the next day and played in Week 6. However, he was nearly invisible, catching just two passes for 17 yards, and he has not practiced this week. He is officially questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Chargers.

Ever the optimist, head coach Pete Carroll believes Lockett will suit up Sunday even though his lack of participation in this past week's practice would suggest otherwise. Even if the veteran receiver plays, he will need to be considered a risky flex play due to being less the 100% healthy. Manage your expectations if you start him in Week 7.

Hunter Renfrow Injury Update

Hunter Renfrow returned to the field in Week 5 after missing the previous two weeks due to a concussion. The 26-year-old reappeared on the injury report this past Thursday with a hip injury but returned as a limited participant Friday. Renfrow is officially questionable for Sunday's matchup against Houston.

Being downgraded in the middle of the week is cause for concern, but the Raiders anticipate Renfrow will suit up for their showdown against the Texans. However, there is a good chance the fourth-year receiver will be playing at less than 100% and should be downgraded to a WR4 in a less-than-favorable matchup if he does play.

Julio Jones Injury Update

Julio Jones has been out since Week 4 due to a lingering knee injury. The veteran put in one limited practice session this past Thursday but was officially ruled out for Sunday's matchup against the Carolina Panthers on Friday.

We may not see Jones for multiple weeks as the team allows his knee to properly heal, a luxury considering he would be their WR4 when he returns. The 33-year-old is safe to drop to the waiver wire until he is able to rejoin the team at full strength. His absence leaves Russell Gage as the clear No. 3 option for quarterback Tom Brady.

D.J. Chark Injury Update

D.J. Chark has been out since Week 4 due to an ankle injury. While the 26-year-old has practiced since then, he did not participate this past week at any point, even after resting during Detroit's Week 6 bye. He was officially ruled out for Sunday's game against Dallas on Friday.

Reportedly sporting a walking boot, Chark looks nowhere near close to returning to the field. While he was a nice FLEX option to start the season, he is safe to be dropped to the waiver wire in redraft leagues and should only be picked back up once we know he is back to 100% healthy.

Josh Reynolds Injury Update

Josh Reynolds suffered a knee injury two weeks ago but has played through the pain and suited up each week. The 27-year-old sat out of practice on Wednesday and Thursday before returning for a limited session on Friday. He is officially questionable for Sunday's game against Dallas.

Amon-Ra St. Brown is back to 100% this week, taking some of the pressure off of Reynolds if he is good to go. Dallas is not a great matchup for fantasy wide receivers, so Reynolds should be considered a WR4 this week if he is able to suit up.

Jahan Dotson Injury Update

Jahan Dotson has been out since Week 5 due to a hamstring injury. The rookie returned to the practice field this past Wednesday but left early on Thursday, potentially suffering a setback. However, he surprisingly got in a limited session on Friday and is officially questionable for Sunday's matchup against Green Bay.

Even though he is listed as questionable, Dotson likely won't suit up Sunday if the team is truly erring on the cautious side after Thursday's scare. He would be an extremely risky fantasy option if he were to give it a go and should be left on the bench until he is able to log a full week of practice. Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel should continue to see a target bump during his absence.

Mack Hollins Injury Update

Mack Hollins has been a limited participant in practice this week due to a heel injury. While the team has managed his practice reps, the 29-year-old seems to be good to go. He is officially labeled as questionable for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.

Hollins went nuclear against the Tennesse Titans in Week 3 and could be in line for another massive target share this week. Tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) has been ruled out and wide receiver Hunter Renfrow (hip) is likely going to play at less than 100%. The veteran receiver has logged over 95% of the snaps the past three weeks and should be considered a boom-or-bust FLEX option in Week 7.

Joshua Palmer Injury Update

Joshua Palmer suffered a concussion last Sunday during the team's Week 6 bout against the Denver Broncos. The 23-year-old has remained in the concussion protocol throughout this past week and was officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks on Friday.

Palmer's absence will lead to an increase in snaps for veteran DeAndre Carter, who was targeted five times last week. Mike Williams and Gerald Everett should be the main beneficiaries, but Carter will have appeal as a WR4 in deeper leagues. Look for Palmer to attempt a return in Week 9 after the team's bye week.

Dyami Brown Injury Update

Dyami Brown has missed the entirety of this past week's practices due to a groin injury. The 22-year-old was set to see more involvement in the offense with Jahan Dotson likely to miss another week, but he was officially ruled out for Sunday's matchup against Green Bay on Friday.

Brown was not a viable fantasy option this week against Green Bay in all but deeper fantasy leagues, but it would have been interesting to see if he could build on his Week 5 performance. He can be safely dropped if anyone picked him up as a desperation FLEX for this week.

Randall Cobb Injury Update

Randall Cobb was carted off the field this past Sunday after suffering an ankle injury. Reports came back better than expected, as the veteran avoided a serious injury. He was never expected to suit up this week, but he was officially ruled out on Friday.

The expectation is that Cobb will miss some time, but not enough to put him on IR. This means he should be back within the next three weeks if everything goes well with his recovery. Rookie Romeo Doubs should continue to be heavily involved during his absence, and the biggest beneficiary could be tight end Robert Tonyan, who was targeted 12 times last week.

Christian Watson Injury Update

Christian Watson has dealt with a nagging hamstring injury for the majority of the season. He returned to the field in Week 4 but reaggravated the injury in Week 5 and has not practiced since. The rookie was ruled out for Sunday's game against Washington on Friday.

With no real indication of when the 23-year-old will return to the field, Allen Lazard and Romeo Doubs remain the sole wide receivers that should be on fantasy rosters for the time being. If you were holding on to Watson in redraft, he can safely be dropped to the waiver wire.

Marvin Jones Injury Update

Marvin Jones missed this past Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts due to a hamstring injury. It was a shame, as he had his best fantasy performance of the season just a week prior. However, the 32-year-old has logged limited practice participation throughout this past week and is officially questionable for Sunday's matchup against the New York Giants.

The veteran's presence would be a welcome addition to a Jacksonville offense that has a stiff matchup against the Giants' defense this week. If he does suit up, Jones is nothing more than a desperation WR4 for fantasy purposes. However, if he is absent, Zay Jones would be the biggest beneficiary, while tight end Evan Engram could also see a slight target bump.

Laviska Shenault Jr. Injury Update

Laviska Shenault Jr. has been out since Week 5 due to a hamstring injury. The 24-year-old returned to practice this past week, putting in limited sessions until Friday, when he was upgraded to full participation. He looks to be on track to make his return to the field Sunday against Tampa Bay but is listed officially as questionable.

Shenault Jr. is not a viable fantasy option this week, but with running back Christian McCaffrey now in San Francisco, he is someone to watch. If his snap share rises and he is more involved in the offense, he could be a name to look for on the waiver wire in deeper leagues in the coming weeks.

Kadarius Toney Injury Update

Kadarius Toney has been sidelined since Week 2 with a hamstring injury. The 23-year-old has not practiced since Week 5 and was officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Friday.

Toney does not seem close to a return to action. The Giants have a bye in Week 9, so it is realistic to believe the second-year receiver will aim at Week 10 as his potential return date. He is not worth stashing on your bench and should only be added once we see him return to practice.

Kenny Golladay Injury Update

Kenny Golladay has not played since Week 4 due to a knee injury. The 28-year-old has not been on the practice field in any capacity and was officially ruled out for Sunday's game against Jacksonville on Friday.

Golladay has not caught a pass since the season opener and is not worth rostering even once he returns to the field. The veteran could find himself in a new home in 2023.
