FanDuel DFS Pitchers

Jacob deGrom - P, NYM vs MIL ($10,800)

Tonight's pitching slate is stacked, with lots of high-end options to choose from. deGrom is my favorite of the bunch, with his price at a discount coming off of an injury scare. If deGrom is at full strength, he's a steal at this price - he's got an insane 39.1% K-rate this year and isn't expected to be on a pitch count. His matchup against the Brewers may look scary, but Milwaukee is much weaker away from their home park, with a .291 road wOBA. They've also got one of the highest strikeout rates against right-handed pitching at 26.3%. deGrom should be able to put together another dominant start in an extremely pitcher-friendly environment at home.

Jerad Eickhoff - P, PHI vs MIA ($7,800)

Eickhoff survived Coors Field in his first start of the season and now has 14 strikeouts to four walks in 10 innings this year, resulting in an outstanding 1.51 FIP. He should continue his success against an awful Marlins lineup that has a measly .265 wOBA versus righties with a 29.8% K-rate, the highest in baseball. Eickhoff is a nice value play.

FanDuel DFS Infielders

Peter Alonso - 1B, NYM vs MIL ($4,200)

Alonso has been nothing short of prolific this year, posting a .306/.404/.682 line with eight home runs. Brewers starter Chase Anderson is coming off of a season with a 5.22 FIP and currently has a 1.80 HR/9, so he is a perfect matchup.

Jonathan Villar - 2B, BAL at MIN ($3,400)

Villar is in a valuable spot batting leadoff for the Orioles, as he will maximize his number of chances at the plate and get ample opportunities to score. Villar's power/speed combo makes him particularly valuable in GPP contests, and he faces a weak pitcher in Martin Perez, who is sitting on a 5.31 ERA.

Kris Bryant - 3B, CHC at ARI ($3,700)

Even with Bryant's struggles, he's still been able to dominate against left-handed pitching, as he posted an insane 194 wRC+ against southpaws in 2018. Bryant bats second for the Cubs, a great spot to score runs with Rizzo and Baez behind him, and is at a very affordable price.

Francisco Lindor - SS, CLE at HOU ($3,800)

Speaking of affordable, Lindor is at an incredible value on Friday. Lindor is undoubtedly an elite fantasy talent, so there's simply no reason for him to be this cheap. Opposing starter Collin McHugh got obliterated for nine earned runs last time out and could get hit hard again.

FanDuel DFS Outfielders

Nelson Cruz - OF, MIN vs BAL ($3,500)

It still feels like Cruz is an undervalued asset, as he's got a career-high walk rate at 13.5% and a 140 wRC+ for the Twins. He's got a drool-worthy matchup against Alex Cobb, who has a horrific 11.98 ERA after giving up nine earned to Minnesota last Saturday, a game where Cruz went 4-for-5 with a homer.

Ronald Acuna Jr. - OF, ATL vs COL ($4,100)

Acuna is another five-category stud at a questionably low price. He will see lots of RBI opportunities out of the Braves cleanup spot against Antonio Senzatela, who is coming off of a 4.38 ERA.

Andrew McCutchen - OF, PHI vs MIA ($3,600)

McCutchen is in an extremely hitter-friendly park and batting leadoff for the Phillies, making him a high-floor option for cash games. The Phillies are in line to put up some runs on Jose Urena, and Cutch can definitely be involved.
