Daily Fantasy Football Picks and Advice: Week 10 NFL DFS DraftKings Lineups and Sleepers

Welcome to the Week 10 edition of Daily Fantasy Football DraftKings targets. An introduction is not really all that necessary, as the title of this DFS article pretty much sums up what is going to be discussed.

It's important to identify players with good matchups, but we also want to look at their DraftKings prices so we can hopefully find low-cost / high-production players for your lineups.

I will be providing one top DFS play and one DFS value play at each position for Week 10 NFL DraftKings action. Let's get down to it.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

DraftKings DFS Quarterbacks for Week 10

Aaron Rodgers (vs DET, $7,500)

Aaron Rodgers is fed up with the Green Bay Packers offense, and he is not happy about the two consecutive loses that just took place. He was a man on a mission last game against the Carolina Panthers, throwing the ball 48 times and completing 25 of those attempts for 369 yards and four touchdowns. It is the first time all season that Rodgers looked like the Rodgers we all know and love, but it unfortunately came during a loss. This week, the Packers are hosting the Detroit Lions, and the Lions better buckle up because Rodgers is not going to be laughs and smiles like usual. He is going to come out firing on all cylinders, which is going to lead to a fantastic game for the entire Green Bay Packers' offense. Use him in any format, as his price tag is much lower than Tom Brady's at this point in the season.

Landry Jones (vs CLE, $5,300)

Well, it looks like Landry Jones is going to have to fill in for the injured Ben Roethlisberger yet again this season. The first time he filled in, he didn't do all that great, but he was still getting his toes wet, so this time around should be much better. Antonio Brown is one of the best WRs in the entire league and throwing him the ball should be easy. Unfortunately for the Steelers, Mike Vick and Landry Jones haven't yet figured it out. Don't worry, Jones will. He gets a great matchup against the Cleveland Browns, who are terrible against the pass so far this season, and he should be able to easily hit value. His price tag is just about as low as it gets and he will save you some salary cap to spend on other positions this week.

DraftKings DFS Running Backs for Week 10

Adrian Peterson (at OAK, $7,100)

Okay, Devonta Freeman is not playing on Sunday this week and the Todd Gurley situation is a little bit out of control. He is actually $300 more expensive than Adrian Peterson and I'm not going to allow DraftKings to disrespect the best RB in the league like that. Get Peterson into all of your lineups this week! I'm just kidding, don't do that, but do make sure he finds his way into at least a couple of them. He has been running well all season long, averaging 94.8 rushing yards per game, and he could easily score over 20 fantasy points this week against the Oakland Raiders. The Vikings are going to look to edge out a victory and hope the Packers lose. The only way that is going to happen (the Packers losing part isn't going to happen) is if the Vikings hand Peterson the ball early and often. That is exactly what they are going to do. For the first time this season, avoid Todd Gurley in favor of Adrian Peterson (who would of guessed that he would eventually be the better value?).

Doug Martin (vs DAL, $5,600)

If you listen to RotoBaller's radio show each week, you know by now that Doug Martin should only be played on weeks that my father, Rick, does not play him. Last week, Rick struck again. By the way, if you don't listen to RotoBaller's radio show each week featuring the handsome and well-mannered Bales brothers, what is wrong with you? Anyway, Doug Martin should have another solid week this week because my father is very disappointed in him and likely to fade him. Also, he gets a great matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, who allow the second most fantasy points to opposing RBs in the entire league. Martin will likely go for 80 plus yards on the ground and at least one touchdown. Do not hesitate to roll him out in 50/50 contests or tournaments.

DraftKings DFS Wide Receivers for Week 10

Dez Bryant (at TB, $7,800)

He's back! Last week against the Philadelphia Eagles, good ol' Dez Bryant caught five passes for 104 yards and a touchdown. Matt Cassel loves throwing the ball up and letting his WRs go get it, which is exactly what Dez Bryant loves to do. The Tampa Bay Bucs are not going to slow him down, as they can't seem to slow anyone down when it comes to catching passes against their terrible pass defense. The Bucs are solid enough on offense to keep this game competitive and the Cowboys tend to look Dez's way when the game is close. I wouldn't be surprised if he sees double digit targets this week. He is way cheaper than the Antonio Browns and Odell Beckham Jr.s (is that grammatically correct?) of the world. Use him in tournaments, as it is a little too early to trust him in 50/50 contests.

Stefon Diggs (at OAK, $5,100)

Do not let last week throw you off the Diggs train. He had a bad game, which every WR in the NFL has dealt with. Still, he caught three passes for 42 yards. It isn't like he was shut down entirely. He is a big play WR that is very likely to hit value because his price tag is so low. In his three games prior to the last one, Diggs had over 20 fantasy points in all of them. For some reason, DraftKings refuses to admit that he is a good WR. Until they decide to do that, play him. The Vikings are attempting to make a playoff push, and if Adrian Peterson does not have the ball in his hands, Bridgewater will be looking Diggs way. He generally gets around 10 targets per game, and that should continue this week.

DraftKings DFS Tight Ends for Week 10

Rob Gronkowski (at NYG, $8,000)

This is simple. I'm not going to force you to read an entire paragraph about how great Rob Gronkowski is. We all know he is the best. This week, he plays the Giants, who are the third worst team in the league against opposing TEs. Convinced? Great. Moving on.

Gary Barnidge (at PIT, $4,800)

The Gary Barnidge hype has really died out over the last week or so, but he is still a great fantasy option at the TE position. He gets a great matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers this week, who tend to struggle against opposing TEs. He didn't look great in his last game against the Cincinnati Bengals, but he was still targeted seven times. He has 42 receptions on the season to go along with his 602 receiving yards and six touchdowns. He finds the end zone a lot for a mid-priced TE option, so continue to use him until his price comes up or he continously starts flopping.
