Cole Kmet fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 6 (2024). Should you start or sit Cole Kmet for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: TE1
ANALYSIS: Nothing is better than simple and to-the-point start/sit advice. On an unrelated note, nothing is worse than the fantasy football tight end landscape in 2024. When the most miserable position in the game is top-12 at his position, you start him.

This clip confirms he has a pulse. He's doing things. It doesn't really matter what team he faces, you should be starting him, especially in a matchup with a team that has a soft secondary and is missing one of their best linebackers, Foyesade Oluokun. He could always have single-digit fantasy point games, though.
Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews' fantasy managers are happy if their prized early-round draft pick gets them any points at all. So, it could always be worse. Start Kmet.
