Brian Thomas Jr. fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 6 (2024). Should you start or sit Brian Thomas Jr. for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR26
ANALYSIS: Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. was the WR9 in Week 5, totaling five receptions on eight targets for 122 receiving yards, a touchdown, and 20.7 half-point PPR fantasy points against the Indianapolis Colts. However, the star rookie wide receiver had 69.7% of his receiving yards and 72.5% of his fantasy points on the deep ball touchdown.

While the RotoBaller rankings have Thomas as a low-end WR2/high-end WR3, he is a boom-or-bust WR4/flex option for me this week. The Jaguars should have Evan Engram for the first time since opening weekend because of a hamstring injury.
More importantly, the Chicago Bears have held wide receivers to 20.5 fantasy points per game, the seventh-fewest in the NFL. They have given up only one receiving touchdown to wide receivers this season, surrendering a 28-yard score to Nico Collins in Week 2. Furthermore, Collins is the only wide receiver (23.5) to score more than 10.2 fantasy points in any game against the Bears this year.
