Washington Capitals winger Carl Hagelin (eye) had surgery on Tuesday and will meet with doctors to determine the next steps, Washington Post reporter Samantha Pell said on Wednesday. The Swedish forward was injured during practice on Tuesday when he took a stick to the left eye. Capitals GM Brian MacLellan called the eye injury "serious" and Hagelin has been deemed out indefinitely. Fantasy managers who haven't already moved on from Hagelin should do so since he won't be back at any point this season.--Chelena Goldman
