New York Islanders goaltender Semyon Varlamov will get his second start of the campaign in Monday's road contest against Tampa. The 33-year-old had his season debut delayed because of an undisclosed injury and his first appearance came only a few days ago in a 5-2 loss to Minnesota. Varlamov has done a great job for the Islanders, but we can't expect him to be at his very best straight away after a long layoff. It's going to be a battle of the Russian goalies here, with Andrei Vasilevskiy skating out for Tampa. He's taken only two regulation defeats all season, so Varlamov and the Islanders have a huge job on their hands.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
